This activity is conducted by Full Steam.
Our
storyteller tells the story from boat to export, as well as the important
history of cod and stockfish, while you are tasting delights from the fish
itself.
The whole Full Steam Package takes place in completely real, historical and contemporary premises.
This package contains flavours of real cod caviar, fried cod tongue
or cod cheeks, snacks made from cod skins, real fish oil, and our soon-to-be
world-famous Tromstoddy consisting of 60% spirits with cod liver oil as a
mixer… yum! This drink is our way of celebrating the fish that has meant so
much to the nation of Norway.
