Snowmobiling Daytime 12:00

Join us for an unforgettable snowmobile safari above the Arctic Circle! At our wilderness center Camp Tamok, only a 90-minutes scenic drive from Tromsø you can experience the magical winter landscape and fun of snowmobiling.

Upon arrival at our wilderness center Camp Tamok, you will be directed to the equipment room where you will be provided with warm clothes and shoes for the day. Here you can also leave anything you won't need on the tour. We will go through our safety instructions and give you some practical demonstrations on how to drive the snowmobile.
You will drive in pairs, one driver and one passenger, on each snowmobile with the opportunity to switch places during the trip. Our snowmobile tracks will take you through the magical landscapes of scenic snow-covered mountains and valleys!

After driving back down the trail and parking the snowmobiles, we will serve you a hot meal in a traditional North Norwegian setting around the open fire in a reindeer herder’s tent. After relaxing and warming up, it is time to head back to Tromsø and tick another adventure off your bucket list!

Note! In order to drive the snowmobile, you need to be minimum 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Children below the age of 7 are not allowed. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

Be aware that during peak season we might split the group in two to avoid large groups. Half of the group will start with the hot meal in the traditional North Norwegian setting before heading out to the mountains on the snowmobiles.
