Upon your arrival to Kirkenes, we will pick you up, either at the Kirkenes airport, boat harbour, or Thon or Scandic hotel in town.

At the Snowhotel, you can check-in at our reception where we will give you all necessary practical information and take care of your luggage. Our restaurant will be open, and it is recommended to order lunch before going out on your first adventure.

At 13:00 it is time to meet up at the dogyard for the Husky Early Bird - dogsledding tour. The sledding tracks, made from snow we have saved from last winter, have a distance of approx. 5 km. You are driven by our dogmusher with two persons together on a sled. (Clothes – thermal suit, boots and gloves – will be provided at the start of this activity, if needed.)

Upon return to the Snowhotel camp, the Gamme cabins will ready. If you booked the Snowroom, we have a lounge at the restaurant where you can stay and relax until dinner is served at 19:00. During the three-course dinner in Låven restaurant, we will give a "how-to-sleep-in-the-snowhotel" tutorial for those of you spending your first night in a Snowhotel room. After dinner the icebar will be open. After waking up from a magical night at the Snowhotel, you are welcome to our breakfast buffet which is served from 08:00AM until 10:00AM at our restaurant. Those of you staying overnight at a Snowroom will be kindly asked to check out of their room before breakfast.
At 11:00 a guide will meet you at the dogyard for the snowmobile activity. After getting dressed (you will get a thermal suit, boots, gloves, balaclava, and helmet), you will head out for a short training and safety session on the snowmobiles. You will share your snowmobile with another person, one will be the driver while the other one sits in the back. When heading out on the tour, you will get the chance of switching places halfway. The activity finishes around 13:00, which will give you plenty of time to relax in your cabin, take a sauna, visit the Snowhotel, or go out exploring the surroundings before dinner is served at 19:00.
We could also recommend to book an extra activity, in addition to the activities included in this package, for example the King Crab Safari at 13:00. Just be sure to book this in advance so you have your spot on the additional activities secured as well.

On the last day you can enjoy once again our breakfast buffet (from 08:00 until 10:00) before checking out. As requested in your reservation, we will take you to Kirkenes, the boat harbour or the airport.

Note! The activities Early Bird Husky sledding and Snowmobile Safari will be added to your package reservation automatically as these activities are a fixed part of this package (non-optional).
