On our all-inclusive Aurora chase you can focus on being in the moment and making memories, while we take care of the rest. We will provide everything you need, from thermal clothing to a warm campfire meal, tripods, and free tour pictures. So, lean back and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime adventure in comfort and style!
We choose the direction of the chase based on the weather predictions made prior to each tour, so each night can bring a different experience. Once we have found a suitable location and clear skies, we will start a small campfire. We serve hot drinks and a warm stew, grill sausages and marshmallows while we wait for the northern lights to occur. Vegan, gluten- and lactose-free options are available on request.
Our photography guide will help you capture the perfect picture of the northern lights and document the evening for you. All tour photos will be professionally edited and made available for download free of charge within 48 hours after the tour. You can download as many as you like in web-ready resolution or share them instantly on your social media accounts. We also provide pictures optimized for printing for sale on the same platform. Pictures will be stored for 1 month after the tour in a private online gallery.
Personalized Northern Lights certificate: If we see the lights, you can pick up your personal Aurora certificate the next day at the Norwegian Travel Shop.

Good to know
- There is no toilet available on the minibus. We make bathroom stops along the way whenever possible.
- There is no refund if the northern lights do not appear, however you may book our Aurora Chase by Bus at a 50% discount at our sales shop in Tromsø (Subject to availability on the next tours, only applicable for tours in 24/25 winter season)

What to bring or wear
- Although we provide thermal suits and boots, we do recommend dressing well with warm layers of wool and a down jacket.
- We also recommend bringing a hat, mittens, scarf, and warm socks.

Accessibility information:
The Northern Lights Minibus Chase is of limited accessibility, generally considered suitable for guests with walkers / canes at most. Groups with guests using other mobility aids can potentially be accommodated – please send inquiry.
Please tell us at least 24 hours in advance that a guest with disabilities is joining the tour to ensure we can accommodate his/her needs.
- Obstacles:
- Limited storage space on the bus for mobility aids
- Once we have reached the location, access to the outside terrain is varied. Some places have flat, open space; while others might have limited space to move around. Moving around outside the bus will be limited for disabled guests, e.g. beaches, slopes, etc.
- No toilet facilities on board the bus.
