Begin your Arctic adventure in Tromsø with a morning departure aboard a silent whale-watching vessel. Designed for comfort and optimal viewing, the ship features warm lounges with panoramic windows, Nordic interior design, and three spacious outdoor decks. Guests may purchase local specialities and drinks from the onboard bar. Although the indoor areas are heated, warm clothing is recommended for enjoying the views from outside.
As we leave Tromsø, you can take in the dramatic fjords, snow-covered peaks and icy seascapes while we sail toward the whales’ feeding grounds. We schedule our arrival to match the limited hours of polar daylight, giving you the best chance to observe whales during this seasonal spectacle.
Throughout the journey, our captains and guides continuously scan the waters, combining local knowledge with scientific insight. While searching, our guides share stories about whale behaviour, migration, feeding patterns and Arctic culture, making the voyage itself an engaging part of the experience.
When whales are found, the vessel switches to a fully electric motor to ensure a quiet, respectful and low-impact encounter.
