Reindeer Camp Dinner with Chance of Northern Lights

We are a Sami reindeer herding family hailing from the stunning landscapes of Tromsø, and our deep connection with these magnificent creatures spans countless generations. With open arms, both ours and our 300-strong reindeer herd, we extend a warm invitation for you to become a part of our culture and heritage.

Venture deep into the heart of the wilderness, where you'll walk amidst our 300 gentle reindeer, even having the chance to hand-feed these incredible animals. Afterward, step inside a candlelit Gamme to relish a leisurely meal, serenaded by the hauntingly beautiful melodies of joiking (traditional Sami songs), as we unravel the rich tapestry of Sami history and stories. And on those clear, magical nights, you might just find yourself graced by the awe-inspiring spectacle of the Northern lights.

So, what are you waiting for? Come join us for an experience that's not just a journey, but a timeless connection with nature and tradition that you'll carry with you forever.

Accessibility:

We are happy to welcome guests who use wheelchairs or have any other mobility issues. If special transportation is needed, please contact us via email.

There is an accessible toilet at the camp. Assistance dogs are allowed at the camp, but they need to stay away from the area where the reindeer are since the reindeer might get scared of the dog.
